It is possible to join the project in different capacities:

As a volunteer - to receive a training plan, and after its completion, conduct games in educational institutions

As a trainer-curator - to transfer your knowledge to presenters who are learning and assist them in educational games

As an educational institution for joint cooperation - we conclude a memorandum of cooperation and agree on holding games among teenagers or students

As a mentor or public opinion leader - for conducting trainings and education for presenters

As a donor or philanthropist - to help finance the printing of game sets, stationery, development of regions, etc.

Who are our presenters?

Volunteer presenters are people who have no experience in conducting trainings, but have a great desire to join the project.
Volunteer presenters are not professional coaches, they have the knowledge and skills to conduct a full-fledged game for children in grades 7-11.

In order to become a volunteer, you need:

  1. sign up for the first game with a professional coach, pass it, enter the volunteer chat;

  2. undergo training for 2 days to obtain theoretical and practical knowledge of the methodology of conducting the game

  3. play a few games on your own or with a coach to gain practical game-running skills

  4. you need to constantly play training games (5 hours each) to gain experience and master all the possibilities of the training game

Who are our trainers for trainers?

Our Coaches for Coaches are certified professionals who specialize in developing, adjusting and improving game methodology and learning systems for children in grades 7-11 in high school. They are volunteers within the project and perform a number of important functions.
First of all, they mentor and supervise volunteer presenters. This means that they provide support, develop their skills and provide advice for the effective delivery of training activities.
Trainers also conduct training for volunteer presenters once every two months. These are intensive two-day workshops where new techniques and skills are imparted.
It is important to note that our trainers have considerable experience in conducting transformational board games. Each of them already has over 200 games under their belts, which is an impressive endorsement of their skills and expertise in the field.
